We set no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. Until you choose, and if you reject, visits are still counted without cookies or browser storage: PostHog derives a salted hash of your IP address and browser on its servers that rotates daily, so it cannot identify you or follow you across days. Before you accept, the only things kept in your browser are your answer to the cookie prompt and the query string of the page you arrived on (for the current tab only), so a download can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here. What we use

• PostHog — product analytics (pageviews, clicks on the main buttons, download clicks, page-speed metrics and any JavaScript errors) so we can understand how the site is used. If you accept cookies we may also replay your visit (clicks, scrolling and what was on screen) to see where the site confuses people; anything you type is masked before it leaves your browser. PostHog acts as a data processor on our behalf.
• Google Ads — measures conversions from our advertising so we know which campaigns lead to downloads.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for all non-essential cookies and for advertising measurement, in line with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Cookieless aggregate counting relies on our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit; it stores nothing on your device. You can withdraw consent at any time using the link above.
